E’ fatto seguendo un’antica ricetta di tradizione contadina e solo con latte crudo di mucca Cabannina: “U Cabanin” è il formaggio ligure per eccellenza protagonista del convegno che si tiene venerdì 7 maggio, alle ore 10.30 presso Liguriastyle.it a Palazzo Imperiale (p.zza Campetto 8A). Roberto Panizza, Presidente dell’Associazione Palatifini, è tra i relatori e illustrerà l’utilizzo del “U Cabanin” nel Pesto Genovese.

The “Ancient Mortars” exhibit

The Championship emotions go on each Saturday, till 20th june, into the historic kitchens of Palazzo Spinola National Gallery – Pellicceria Square 1, Genoa – with pesto demonstrations by Palatifini Association and with the “Ancient Mortars” exhibit.

Mercoledì 17 marzo si è tenuta l’ultima gara eliminatoria non competitiva. Si sono prestati a partecipare con entusiasmo ed impegno Paolo Odone Presidente della Camera di Commercio di Genova, Ferruccio Repetti giornalista de Il Giornale, Costantino Malatto giornalista de La Repubblica, Anna Galleano responsabile Ufficio Stampa della Camera di Commercio, Ornella D’Alessio giornalista e scrittrice e Paolo Calcagno, produttore di Basilico DOP. Si è imposta per un soffio Ornella D’Alessio!
