The Championship emotions go on each Saturday, till 20th june, into the historic kitchens of Palazzo Spinola National Gallery – Pellicceria Square 1, Genoa – with pesto demonstrations by Palatifini Association and with the “Ancient Mortars” exhibit. Tomorrow - saturday 27th of March - the exhibit curator Maurizio Valle will unveil all the secrets of the ancient mortars exposed and of the preparation of the real Genoese mortar made pesto.
