Marina Gandolfo won the preliminary competition organized last June 29 at the headquarters of the “Ligurian Powerboating Association”, in occasion of a “gourmet” dinner that welcomed both members of the boating association as well as members of the “Italian National Union of Knights”.
An excellent opportunity to focus on our excellent typical products and to test our abilities with traditional tools as marble mortar and wooden pestle. The quality of “pestos” prepared during the competition was quite high!
