Starting from the 6th of February, it is possible to subscribe to the Championship on our website www.pestochampionship.it or by phone +39 010 2476926 / 7.100 competitors from all over the world will prepare Genoese pesto exclusively with a pestle and mortar, using only authentic, genuine ingredients. The Championship is open to both professional and amateur cooks.
