Two extraordinary pesto preliminary competitions took place in the beautiful location of Imperia, western part of Liguria. Thanks to the Chamber of Commerce of Imperia, we participate in “OliOliva”, the fair of olive oil.

Henrik Ljorring is the Swedish winner of the first mortar-made pesto competition (on Friday the 27th of November) kept for foreign guests, while the young engineer Umberto Preda won the competition opened to people from imperia that took place on Saturday the 28th of November.
