Enzo_CannataFor the jury was very hard to choose the final winner, in fact the preliminary contest reserved to ten Reggio Calabria chef has been very fought!

Enzo Cannatà, a young chef executive, made the best pesto with the marble mortar and wooden pestle and won the participation to the Third Edition of the Championship, that will take place on Saturday, the 20th of March 2010 in Palazzo Ducale in Genoa.
