On Monday 21th of September - during Geo&Geo famous Italian TV show - Roberto Panizza, the President of The Association PalatiFini, launched the Genoa Mortar Made Pesto Championship 2010 and the preliminary contest for the next Cahampionship.

During this show, he made pesto with the marble mortar and wooden pestle, as from tradition to make pesto.
