During the event of Friburg, called “Plaza Kulinaria” and dedicated to touristic and gastronomic promotion, thanks to the collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Savona, we organized a mortar-made basil pesto competition specifically reserved to people living in Germany.

The event took place during the three-days fair which welcomes more than 75.000 visitors.
Pesto competition was a great success: many people participated at the event. The champion is Mikael Kaiser, at the second place the young girl Karoline Shano and third Ulriche Stump.
