È Dorotea Barattini la campionessa della gara eliminatoria ospitata a Savona all'interno dell'iniziativa "Stile Artigiano - Made in Liguria" che dal 25 al 26 aprile ha animato l'area della Vecchia Darsena.
Dieci gli sfidanti che hanno messo in difficoltà la giuria preparando tutti un ottimo pesto al mortaio. A sorpresa si classifica terza una giovanissima di 16 anni che non si era mai cimentata nella preparazione del pesto, tanto meno al mortaio! Una dote innata.
