Saturday, February 18th starting at approximately 11 am a Pesto preliminary competition, valid for the IV World Championship.
It will take place in Parma, at the “Sala Aurea” of the Parma Chamber of Commerce (via Verdi, 2), after a conference (which starts at 9.30), entitled "Made in Italy: the recipes are copied. Trademarks not and much more..."
The event is made possible through the collaboration of Coldiretti Parma, Parma Chamber of Commerce, ALMA International School of Cuisine, Consorzio Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Consorzio Basilico Genovese DOP.
