Le emozioni del Campionato proseguono ogni sabato, fino al 20 giugno, nelle storiche cucine della Galleria Nazionale di Palazzo Spinola - a Genova in piazza Pellicceria 1 - con le dimostrazioni di pesto a cura dell’Associazione Palatifini e con la mostra “Antichi Mortai”. Domani sarà Maurizio Valle, il curatore della mostra, a raccontare tutti i segreti dei mortai storici esposti e della preparazione del vero pesto genovese al mortaio.

Tomorrow the exhibit curator Maurizio Valle will unveil all the secrets of the ancient mortars exposed and of the preparation of the real Genoese mortar made pesto.
