Domani, venerdì 7 aprile, a partire dalle 9 e per l’intera giornata, si rinnova l’appuntamento con il II° MEETING INTERNAZIONALE “MORTAI & PESTELLI CULTURA ALIMENTARE DEI POPOLI”, presso il Palazzo della Borsa di Genova in Via XX Settembre 44.

Questa seconda edizione è in particolare dedicata a “Pasta, salse e piatti principali nella storia e nei riti della socialità”. Al convegno interverranno relatori ed esperti, con testimonianze di live cooking, italiani e stranieri (Giappone, Messico, Stati Uniti, Libano, Europa).

We are pleased to remind you that, tomorrow - Friday, April the 7th, from 9 AM and for the entire day – there will be the II International Meeting "MORTARS & PESTELS IN FOOD CULTURES” at the Palazzo della Borsa in Genoa in Via XX Settembre 44.

This second edition is especially dedicated to "pasta, sauces and main dishes in history and social rituals". Speakers at the conference are experts at national and international level, coming from Japan, Mexico, United States, Lebanon, Europe.
