Le nostre congratulazioni a chi si è messo in gioco per una delle sfide più gustose del mondo e i nostri ringraziamenti ai giudici che la rendono possibile.

Ricordiamo che i 100 concorrenti sono divisi in gruppi da 10 e che i loro Pesto sono assaggiati da 3 dei 30 giudici, i Pesto valutati migliori – secondo i 5 parametri di valutazione – di ogni batteria vanno in finale e poi vengono valutati da tutti i 30 giudici.

Today is the day of Pesto Championship ranking: at this link you will find the ranking of the 10 finalists and - divided by groups - the ranking of all 100 competitors.

Our congratulations to those who are at stake for one of the world's tastiest challenges and our thanks to the judges who make it possible.

The 100 competitors are divided into groups of 10 and their Pestos are tasted by 3 of the 30 judges each, the best evaluated Pestos - according to the 5 evaluation parameters - of each battery go into the finals and then are evaluated by all 30 judges.
