Pesto made by a marble mortar at Milan Food&Wine Festival
Saturday 7th February, in the afternoon, Roberto Panizza, Daniela Vettori, Matteo Losio e Matteo Ferro will perform a demonstration of Pesto made by a Mortar at the end of which you can taste the freshly prepared Pesto.
The event takes place in the fourth edition of MILAN FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL dedicated to the great protagonists of wine and cuisine, during which 19 chefs invited by Paolo Marchi, creator of “Identità Golose” will take turns presenting dishes inspired by the theme "Taste and Color of Expo "
