It promises to be a “Pesto winter " full of events in Italy and abroad. Departure from Genoa, Thursday, November 6, with the preliminary competition reserved for students of Istituti Alberghieri (Schools for Tourism, Hotel Management and Catering) at Fiera di Genova, Padiglione B, on the occasion of “ABCD+Orientamenti”.
Thursday, November 13, Pesto Championships is in Prague at the Hotel Boscolo, host of the "Liguria Food & Fashion" event, in search of the Champion that will represent the Czech Republic at Genoa Pesto World Championship 2016.
Back in Liguria, Rapallo, with the preliminary competition on Sunday, November 23, reserved for members of the “Associazione Micologi di Rapallo”.
Sunday, November 30, we are in Rome, at Eataly, on the occasione of "Rome Food & Wine Festival", from 29 November to 1 December for a delicious three days dedicated to the food and wine excellence, with Paolo Marchi, the creator and founder of “Identità Golose”.
A preview: on 6 and 7 December, the Championship will be in Vitoria, 2014 Spanish Gastronomy Capital, to return the visit to Basque friends, with a weekend dedicated to Genoese Pesto!
