“Stokke” for everybody!
An evening with norwegian friends enjoying delicious Ligurian dishes based on “stoccafisso” and “baccalà” (“stoccafisso” is dried cod and “baccalà” is salted cod).
The dinner is Saturday, September 15th, 8 PM, at GAU (in square Suppini in Genoa). The occasion is the visit of the Association "Bryggens Venner" from Bergen, in Norway. They will spend few days in Genova and Liguria to visit our region and how we cook “stoccafisso” and “baccalà”!
On the menu:
• Appetizer with marinated “baccalà”
• Spaghetti with “stoccafisso”
• Ligurian “stoccafisso” with potatoes, olives and pine nuts
• Dessert, water and wine
