Meanwhile activities are starting again after the summer break. We are awaiting the arrival of 50 Norwegians of "Bryggens Venner", the cultural association of the historic town of Bergen, which turns 50 this year and celebrates with a visit to Genoa and Liguria, one of the most important regions in the interpretation of “stokke” (stockfish)!
They will be at the association G.A.U. in Prato (Genoa) Saturday, September 15. At 5 PM they will follow a seminar on the preparation of Pesto and then they will make a preliminary competition valid for the next Championship.
