Intanto ripartono le attività dopo la pausa estiva. Stiamo attendendo l'arrivo di 50 norvegesi di "Bryggens Venner", l'associazione culturale della storica cittadina di Bergen che quest'anno compie 50 anni e li festeggia con una visita a Genova e in Liguria, una delle regioni più importanti nell'interpretazione dello stokke!

Saranno presso l'associazione G.A.U. a Prato sabato 15 settembre. Alle 17 seguiranno un breve seminario sul pesto e poi faranno una gara eliminatoria valida per il prossimo Campionato.

Alle 20, siete tutti invitati alla cena sociale a base di stoccafisso e baccalà insieme agli ospiti norvegesi. Antipasto, primo, secondo, acqua, vino e dolce, a 20 euro a testa. Per informazioni e prenotazioni 010 2476926.

Meanwhile activities are starting again after the summer break. We are awaiting the arrival of 50 Norwegians of "Bryggens Venner", the cultural association of the historic town of Bergen, which turns 50 this year and celebrates with a visit to Genoa and Liguria, one of the most important regions in the interpretation of “stokke” (stockfish)!

They will be at the association G.A.U. in Prato (Genoa) Saturday, September 15. At 5 PM they will follow a seminar on the preparation of Pesto and then they will make a preliminary competition valid for the next Championship.
