Elena Stecher won the preliminary competition organized by Banca Patrimoni Sella & C. and reserved to members and friends of Circolo Svizzero. It was Elena first time with marble mortar and wooden pestle, nevertheless she won against the other competitors.
The jury was composed by Alberto Contini and Paolo Stoppielli for Banca Patrimoni Sella & C., Roberto Panizza, Maurizio Valle and Federico Rescigno for Palatifini Association.
