Every<br\/>year, this event attracts enthusiasts, professionals, and curious visitors, offering a rich program of tastings, meetings, and workshops dedicated to the knowledge and flavors of the territory. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within this prestigious context, the <strong>fifth French selection<\/strong> for the 11th World Pesto Championship took place.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In front of a jury d&#8217;exception, the competitors challenged each other in the preparation of pesto using only a mortar and pestle.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The winner of the French selection will have the honor of officially representing France at the 2026 World Championship in Genoa.
