The initiative, organized by <strong>ITALCAM <\/strong>in collaboration with Liguria International, took place at <strong>Eataly Munich<\/strong>, a reference point for the promotion of Italian culinary excellence in Germany.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On this occasion, 16 participants competed in the preparation of pesto according to the traditional mortar method. The intense and engaging competition highlighted not only the technical skills of the contestants, but also their ability to interpret and enhance one of the most iconic recipes of Ligurian cuisine.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At stake was not only the title of best pesto of the day, but also prestigious <strong>direct access<\/strong> to the final stage of the World Championship, scheduled to take place in Genoa in March 2026.
