Sacro, Iperborea <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tommaso Melilli, <em>Cucina aperta<\/em>, 66th&amp;2nd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Massimo Montanari, <em>Geografia del gusto. Un viaggio in Italia tra i paesaggi del cibo<\/em>, Touring Club Italiano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Noemi Pelagalli, <em>Made in Korea. Dalle origini al Kpop<\/em>, Corbaccio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the jury, all selected books stand out for their quality, depth, and originality.
