Classic Yacht Challenge: Pesto competitions among crews
On the occasion of the prestigious event Panerai Classic Yachts Challenge – the largest regatta of vintage sails that makes a stop in Imperia from 7 to 11 September – sailing teams will compete in the evening of Thursday, 8 in a basil Pesto cooking race!
The first Pesto competition involves 30 competitors and starts at 8.00 PM on stage in Calata Anselmi, Imperia. A qualified jury will select the 10 best Pesto prepared during the competition that will compete later to select the chapion of “The Mediterranean Cooking Race: Chef on board!” who will win a beautiful Panerai watch, too.
