Genoa Pesto World Championship on TV

Genoa Pesto World Championship – once again – at “Geo & Geo”, the TV show conducted by Sveva Sagramola, broadcast every afternoon on Rai Tre.
You will learn and see how to prepare genoese pesto using marble mortar and wooden pestle, thanks to Roberto Panizza, experienced restaurateur, founder and president of Palatifini Cultural Association that organizes it. It will also be shown a selection of ancient mortars belonging to Genoese families.
