Pesto Made by a Mortar at MIlano Food & Wine Festival

Presentation of the Genoa Pesto World Championship during the fourth edition of MILANO FOOD & WINE FESTIVAL, during which 19 chefs invited by Paolo Marchi, founder of “Identità Golose”, will take turns presenting dishes inspired by the theme “Flavours and colors of Expo “. Saturday 7th February, in the afternoon, Roberto Panizza, Daniela Vettori, Matteo Losio e Matteo Ferro will perform a demonstration of Pesto made by a Mortar at the end of which you can taste the freshly prepared Pesto.
