On the occasion of the Night of Museums and Rolli Days, during the evening of Saturday, September 19, demonstrations of Pesto using mortar and pestle by the Cultural Association of Palatifini, in the splendid setting of the kitchens of the National Gallery of Palazzo Spinola Pellicceria in Genoa.
