Pesto Demo at Alta Via Stage Race

June 15th in Montoggio, we will do a demostation of Genoese Pesto made by a marble mortar during a stage of Alta via Stage Race: a mountain bike race lasting nine days that crosses 9 different municipalities of ‘the hinterland og Liguria from La Spezia to Imperia.
