Milan: Pesto @Teatro7!

Thanks to the collaboration with Teatro7, innovative school of cooking in Milan, in the evening of Tuesday 20 February there will be an eliminatory Pesto competition valid for the VII World Championship and reserved to Milanese competitors!
The evening program includes:
– 8.00 pm: Introduction by Roberto Panizza, president of the Palatifini Association who tells the story of Pesto and proceeds with a practical demonstration
– 8.30 pm: Pesto qualifying competition valid for the VII Genoa Pesto World Championship
– 9-9.15 pm: Dinner and tasting prepared by chef Alessandro de Santis.
The Pesto competition winner acquires the right to participate in the world final held in Genoa on Saturday 17 March in the hall of the Maggior Consiglio of Palazzo Ducale.
