Preliminary competiton at Pietra Ligure on “Travel in Liguria – the Tour”

Genova Pesto World Championship will be present in Liguria with two preliminary competition that are part of the new Primocanale summer project ‘Travel in Liguria – the Tour’. Twenty-eight stages around the most beautiful, important and characteristic places in the region to discover the excellences of Liguria. A real mobile studio that from Friday June 14th until August 1st will tell Liguria with interviews, talk shows and not only on board the special 18-meter truck by Primocanale.
Twenty-eight stages from Ventimiglia to Sarzana to tell our region of flavors, art and tradition. (HERE TO SEE ALL THE STAGES). The Palatifini Association and Genova Pesto World Championship will also participate in this traveling project with two events: the first in June on the evening of June 19 in Pietra Ligure, where we will hold a preliminary competition valid for the VIII Pesto Championship .
It will be also an opportunity to talk about food and wine, tourism and the many beauties of our Liguria with its different traditions.
