Salone del Gusto: Pesto competition together with Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium

On the occasion of Salone del Gusto Terra Madre, the international event dedicated to food and gastronomy held in Turin from 22 to 26 September, in collaboration with Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium for the protection of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, there will be an official Pesto competition valid for the VII Genoa Pesto World Championship.
