Extraordinary preliminary competition in Prague, at the beautiful Hotel Boscolo. The enthusiasm of the participants, many of which representatives of the institutions, journalists and entrepreneurs, was great as well as Pesto made by them. Igor Holub, president of Slow Food Czech Republic, is the winner selected by a highly qualified jury.

The preliminary competition was held as part of Liguria Food & Fashion, the event that promotes Ligurian excellences on fashion and food in the world, with the presence of Franco Aprile, CEO of Liguria International and Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Genoa, Gianfranco Pinciroli, President Camic, Aldo Amati, Italian Ambassador in Prague and Giancarlo Grasso, President of Confartigianato Liguria.
