Manca un mese alla Finale del IX Campionato Mondiale di Pesto a Palazzo Ducale di Genova e manca ancora un grande evento nella nostra agenda!

Il “Genoa Pesto World Championship” il 14 e il15 Maggio si sposterà infatti in California ad Aptos (San Francisco).

Sabato 14 e domenica 15 maggio il Ristorante Mentone – che si definisce “un divertente twist sulla cucina della riviera da Nizza a Genova. Dalla mente di David Kinch di Manresa” ospiterà infatti Roberto Panizza, Presidente dell'Associazione Palatifini negli USA e il Campionato Mondiale. Il 15 maggio si svolgerà una delle gare eliminatorie, che porteranno il vincitore ad essere uno dei 100 concorrenti che si sfiderà il 4 giugno a Palazzo Ducale. Tra i giudici dell’eliminatoria, oltre a Roberto Panizza, ci sarà lo stesso David Kinch, appassionatissimo di pesto (e di cucina ligure).

There is a month to go until the Final of the IX Pesto World Championship at Palazzo Ducale in Genoa and there is still a big event on our agenda!

“Genoa Pesto World Championship” will move to Aptos (San Francisco) on 14 and 15 May. On Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th May the Mentone Restaurant - which defines itself as “a fun twist on the cuisine of the Riviera from Nice to Genoa. From the mind of David Kinch of Manresa ”will host Roberto Panizza, President of the Palatifini Association in the USA and the World Championship.

On May 15th one of the preliminary competition will take place, which will lead the winner to be one of the 100 competitors who will compete on June 4th at Palazzo Ducale. Among the judges of the preliminary round, in addition to Roberto Panizza, there will be David Kinch himself, very fond of pesto (and Ligurian cuisine).

We are finalizing the selection of the 100 lucky competitors at the Final on Saturday 4th June!
