Aperte le pre-iscrizioni al IX Campionato Mondiale di Pesto Genovese al Mortaio, che si terrà sabato 5 marzo a Palazzo Ducale a Genova: basta compilare il modulo online !

Il Campionato è aperto a tutti, dilettanti, amatori e professionisti in cucina, purché abbiano compiuto la maggiore età, provenienti da qualsiasi paese del mondo. Il numero massimo di concorrenti è 100: 50% da Genova e dalla Liguria, 25% dal resto d'Italia e 25% dal resto del Mondo.

Partecipano di diritto i vincitori delle gare eliminatorie e poi possono partecipare, in ordine di iscrizione fino al completamento dei posti, tutti coloro che si sono iscritti al Campionato.

La gara finale del 5 marzo 2022 sarà in presenza, con gli accorgimenti previsti contro il Coronavirus, ma sarà possibile contemporaneamente la visione in streaming dei momenti topici dell’evento (il campionato dei bambini, l’avvio della gara dei 100 e la finalissima pomeridiana).

The Championship is open to all, amateurs, amateurs and professionals in the kitchen, as long as they have reached the age of majority, from any country in the world. The maximum number of competitors is 100: 50% from Genoa and Liguria, 25% from the rest of Italy and 25% from the rest of the world.

The winners of the preliminary competitions participate by right and then all those who have registered for the Championship can participate, in order of registration until the completion of the seats.

The final competition of 5th March 2022 will be in attendance, with the precautions provided against the Coronavirus, but it will be possible at the same time to stream the topical moments of the event (the children's championship, the start of the 100m race and the afternoon final. ).
