Mancano 9 giorni alla finalissima del Campionato Mondiale che dopo 4 anni di assenza causa pandemia, ritorna in presenza, ma senza dimenticare lo streaming - di racconto e di coinvolgimento per chi è lontano come nell’edizione digitale del 2021. Due sono le altre importanti novità di questa edizione: la presenza del RoboTwin dell’IIT che tenterà di imitare l’uomo nella produzione del pesto al mortaio e l’appuntamento con la Società Italiana di Nutrizione Umana (SINU) sulle prospettive della nostra salsa verde - modello di sostenibilità e di moderna cultura alimentare - indubbiamente diventata la più gettonata nella comunicazione dei prodotti agro-alimentari Made in Italy. Per il resto la IX edizione si ripropone, come sempre: una grande gara e una grande festa della comunità ligure e non solo!

There are 9 days to go until the final of the World Championship which, after 4 years of absence due to a pandemic, is back in attendance, but without forgetting the streaming - of storytelling and involvement for those who are far away as in the digital edition of 2021. There are two other important innovations of this edition: the presence of the IIT RoboTwin who will try to imitate man in the production of mortar pesto and the appointment with the Italian Society of Human Nutrition (SINU) on the perspectives of our green sauce - model of sustainability and modern food culture - undoubtedly it has become the most popular in the communication of Made in Italy agro-food products. For the rest, the 9th edition is proposed again, as always: a great competition and a great celebration of the Ligurian community and beyond!
