A unique opportunity to learn from an expert and immediately put into practice all the secrets of pesto preparation.
After a theoretical introduction to the sauce and its history, the expert will illustrate the traditional method for preparing pesto. Then, it will be the participants’ turn to try their hand at using a pestle and mortar, with a kit provided by the organization.
