Creuza de Vin: mastering the art of Pesto

Organised with B.wine Association for its fellows, this event in Milano will make them discover Liguria flavours and wines. Acting as Genoese culinary tradition ambassador, Roberto Panizza, Palatifini Cultural Association President and  World Pesto Championship patron, will give a Pesto live demonstration, while Eugenio Albano, B.wine senior member B.wine Experts group  manager, will talk about Ligurian cooking and how to match the perfect wines.

During the event the lights will be spotted on the peculiar terroir, production methods and the characteristics of Ligurian wines (Pigato, Vermentino and Rossese). The meeting will be accomplished by delicious Ligurian specialities by Mr. Giorgio Vianson (Vianson Bistrot, Milano).
