On the occasion of the European Boatmen’s Assembly, held in Genoa in mid-September, the international delegation will attend a demonstration of Pesto to discover and taste the Genoese Pesto prepared using the traditional tools – marble mortar and wooden pestle – and local and national high quality ingredients.
