Pesto demonstration at Palazzo Spinola with three chefs from New York

A special pesto demonstration will be held at Palazzo Spinola in Genoa on Friday 15th November with three well-known Italian chefs living in New York who have come to the Ligurian capital to understand the secrets of pesto and focaccia: Roberto Caporuscio, Angelo Competiello and Cesare Casella.
