In occasion of the publication of the book “Stokke Mon Amour – guide to the enjoyment of stockfish”, edited by Palatifini for “Via del Campo Edition”, Palatifini Association organises a dinner dedicated to all members and friends to taste plates based on stockfish and salted cod. The evening will be held at the restaurant “The Genovese” (via Galata in Genoa) and will be an opportunity to attend the presentation of the book.
