The appointment is at 6.00 PM at Palazzo Rocca in Chiavari. 10 participants will compete in the preparation of the most popular sauce in the world, the winner will participate to the global challenge of Genoa on 29 March 2014.
“Mostra del Tigullio” is organized by the Economic Society of Chiavari involving craftsmen, traders and agri-food excellence. New this year: the activities devoted to the narrative and the visual arts.
