Yesterday, Wednesday, June 3, was held the first event for the Pesto Genovese at the EXPO 2015. In the space in front of the Cereals and Tubers Cluster “Varvello 1888” Maurizio Valle entertained many visitors who stopped along the decumanus intrigued by the demonstration of Genoese Pesto made by a Marble Mortar. Thus began a collaboration that will last for the entire international fair between Genoa Pesto World Championship and Varvello 1888, the only place in EXPO where you can taste  the focaccia al formaggio di Recco (focaccia with cheese from Recco) and troffie by Pastificio Novella.
