The Cultural Association of Palatifini, with “Regione Liguria”, the Chamber of Commerce of Genoa and Genoa City Council, has began his quest to nominate the Genoese pesto Made by a Marble Mortar to become UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

This research was launched with the intention to learn more on the use of marble mortar for making Genoese Pesto Genovese. Answer and make people answer!!
