10 competitors, as in any official match of the Championship, but many more participants and groups in support of those who were involved directly in the preparation of Genoese Pesto using marble mortar and wooden pestle, in most cases it was their first time!
The winner is Sabrina, followed by Nicoletta and Vincenzo. The jury was composed by the president Aldo Sutter, Michele Bisio and Renata Ottone for the Sutter Group and by Roberto Panizza for the Association Palatifini.
