Collisioni Festival

Within the “Milano-Sanremo del Gusto”, a series of initiatives aimed at promoting and enhancing the gastronomic excellence of Piedmont, Lombardy and Liguria, a Pesto Competition – valid for the VII World Championship – will be held in Barolo, on the occasion of “Collisioni Festival”.
The competition takes place on Saturday, July 15, starting with the pesto demo held by Roberto Panizza, president of the Cultural Association of Palatifini and will continue with the real competition among 10 competitors. The event will have an exceptional presenter, the comic actor Claudio Gabardini!
The event is organized thanks to the collaboration with Regione Liguria.
