Preliminary competition in Columbus, Ohio

Sunday, January 26th we will be in Columbus Ohio for a preliminary competition of Pesto, valid for participation in the final in Genoa and we will make a demonstration of Pesto at the local hotel school. The events are organized by Greater Columbus Sister Cities International in collaboration with Columbus State Community College at the new Wasserstrom Culinary Theater Foundation at Mitchell Hall.
