Thursday, December 14th at 6pm (at Condiviso, Darsena di Genova) Presentation of the book “LA CITTA’ E IL GUSTO” by Antida Gazzola, Edizioni Franco Angeli.
The book offers three examples (City of Québec, Strasbourg and Genoa) of cities where the relationship between food, cuisine and urban, social and cultural aspects has been traced. An in-depth essay is dedicated to Pesto and to the Genoa Pesto World Championship.
