On Thursday, November 14th, a preliminary competition was held as part of the 24th edition of the Orientation Exhibition at the Mistral Hall of Magazzini del Cotone. Also this time the young students of the Higher Institutes of Liguria proved to be capable and aspiring World Champions of Mortar Pesto!
