Great participation for the preparation of the true Genoese Pesto made by a Marble Mortar by the Cultural Association of Palatifini held in the afternoon of Saturday, February 7th by Roberto Panizza, Daniela Vettori, Matteo Losio, Matteo Ferro e Sergio Di Paolo.
The demonstration took place during the fourth edition of the Milan Food & Wine Festival within ConviviumLab – Art of the Convivio, a space dedicated to tastings and cooking shows that, thanks to the intense schedule of meetings, has allowed the public to learn about different protagonists of pastry and signature cuisine, wine and more.
