“Walking through the city” – the most popular TV show in Japan on travel and tourism – has dedicated an episode to Genoa and, of course, mortar made pesto couldn’t miss at all! Crushed inside a 150 year old mortar in the Nineteenth century kitchen of the National Gallery of Palazzo Spinola Pellicceria, the pesto made by Maurizio Valle (Palatifini Association) delighted the Japanese crew.
Once again, the pesto goes international.
