The Pesto World Championship took part in the eighth edition of Milano Golosa.
There were three days of taste and fun (from 12 to 14 October) in which over 200 artisans of taste came to Milan to bring their excellence, and alongside producers and artisans, a total of 67 appointments including masterclasses, cooking shows , tastings, seminars, discussions.
From Saturday 12 to Monday 14 October the corridors of the Ice Palace saw a large number of visitors, but above all a decisive and clear increase in the participating sector operators, a good 30% more than last year. All in the name of craftsmanship, contamination and eco-sustainability.
On Sunday 13 October there was a fun and exciting competition, a great challenge for the 10 participants!
