Stefania Risso is the winner of the Pesto competition held at the “Fabbrica delle Birra” in Busalla on March 26th. She wins the possibility to take part at the 2016 Genoa Pesto World Championship. Stefania, young employee, is passionate about culinary arts and continuously increases her culture for “good food”, also following her grandmother’s advices!
During the event organized by the Lions Club of Vallescrivia chaired by Bruno Guzzo, Roberto Panizza made a Pesto demo, using a large antique mortar belonged to Capuchin friars.
